ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS - PUBLIC HEARING MEETINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Boonville Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on May 28, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Town/Village Offices, 13149 State Rte. 12. The Hearing is for Kerwin Road Solar, LLC and Kerwin Road Solar West, who has applied for a Site Plan Review for the purpose of proposing the construction of two (2) separate 5.0 megawatt solar facilities, located at 12075 NYS Route 12, Boonville, NY, Tax Map 48.000-1-20.2 &
49.000-1-2.
Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or other qualified representatives. Communications in writing must be filed with the Town Clerk by 2 pm on the date of hearing.
Notice if further given that the Town of Boonville Planning Board will conduct any other business that comes before the Board, included but not limited to review determination of the Application of Kerwin Road Solar.

The Hearing is for Ian Anderson who wishes to apply for an Area Variance for property located at 3707 Joslin Road, Boonville, NY, Tax Map # 15.000-1-16.7.
